Using Corely
By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. Corely is a software service that helps service businesses manage customers, projects, invoicing, team, and inventory. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your account
You must provide accurate details and are responsible for activity under your account and any teammates you invite. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Don't use Corely to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per user, per month (or per year if you choose annual), plus applicable GST, through our payment provider. You can change or cancel your plan from your workspace settings; changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
Your data
Your business data is yours. You can export or delete it, and deleting your workspace removes it from our systems. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability & liability
We work to keep Corely reliable but provide the service "as is" without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
